Food was kinda warm like it sat awhile

Was there yesterday.....ordered a fruit parfait....fruit was frozen....asked if I could have another one...told us have to buy it...PLEASE!!!!! Someone isn't making sure that the fruit is thawed some before making them up.

Pros: relatively short wait for my food. Cleaner than most McDonald's I've been at.Cons: bought six sandwiches and fries. I've gotten no ketchup with the fries and when asked for some sauce with the sandwiches, i received two mustard and two spicy buffalo and been charged 50c for EXTRA SAUCES. They shove these things at you by the dozen everywhere else for free. 3 stars at best.

35 minutes for a caramel frappe and two hash browns

Food was fresh and as ordered. Customer service top level.

Service was good fast but fries had no salt on them.

Love their fries, mcchicken, mcdouble, chicken biscuits and steak bagels when they're fresh 🤤

Good breakfast sandwiches. But, the cashier appeared to be groggy and lacked enthusiasm. Must do better.

Went to get some food reasonably late but it says 24 hours on website. No one answered the drive through (waited about 5 mins before leaving), there were workers in there, I just don’t know if they were closing up or if they just didn’t care enough to take orders because of the time.

Kicking it old school in design but up to date and nice. Really nice. Love it and the juke box. This is one of the reasons I love Florida so much. You see places like this that you don’t expect at all. The standard McDonald’s is not standard at all. Great food. Cool layout Highly recommended

Stopped by this morning at about 745. The place was packed. Drive through was wrapped and the inside line was at least 10 deep. Despite this the food was good and served in a reasonable time. But most importantly the crew was very courteous despite some grumpy people in line. Good job.

Clean restrooms, daughter loved her mocha frappe

It's McDonald's. Not a bad one. Not a great one. Franchise store. Not corporate

Good location, visible from highway. Clean inside, some employees are slow, but line going fast. Good size restrooms. No self service kiosks available. Small parking lot, not enough spaces at rush hours. Red Box kiosk available. Tables and chairs looks like new, good wheelchair access.

For some reason they didn't have any salads: something about a recall. However the cashiers attitude I did not care for. She didn't know what was going on. The manager has to come to the front and tell her they didn't have any salads. Her answer was: "I don't know I just work here". I told her she works there, she needs to know. I'm only guessing she's one of those who is not going to be working there very long.

Staff was great got bacon instead of sausage on my sandwich but I like both so I didn't mind too much

Employees who don't take pride in what they are doing because of the lack of pay and motivation, churning out slop thrown together as quickly as possible. You know, McDonald's.

What a waste of money and time. Worst imagination of a fast food restaurant. I havent seen a disaster like that since "new coke" in the eighties. I just spent $20 on 10 cold nuggets cold fries big mac and 2 cbs and one of them wasnt even wrapped. The best thing i made myself a coke total bs

This restaurant is very efficient and clean and staffed with efficient smiling crew members offering a pleasant eating experience.

15 minutes in a drive thru . Fast food

Always on every corner. Great way to cool off with a drink. I like their yogurt cups.

Why can’t McDonald’s employees act more like chic fila and be happy! I kindly asked a manager for another salad dressing and she responded like she was annoyed and told me I would have to go get back in line and pay for 1. I always get a extra dressing and have never had this problem. I have a hard time with the fact a company as big as McDonald’s is so petty about sauces. But I guess it’s my fault and I should just lower my expectations because it is McDonald’s

This is my favorite McDonalds! I stop here everyday on my drive home. The people are friendly and the service is great!

This is a 24 hour McDonalds, but when I showed up there were three girls sitting in the dining area apparently on break. I tried to order food but they said they were closed for another 30 minutes. This is one of several times I haven't been able to eat here in the morning but unfortunately there aren't any other real options.

It's just a regular old McDonald's. Nothing really special about it, it is just like any other McDonald's.it's always better to ask for fresh fries or fresh whatever cuz if you ask for fresh they have to cook it right then and there you might have to wait for a couple seconds longer but it's better than getting lukewarm fries or lukewarm Burger.

I ear at McDonald's all the time. When I visited this location I honestly thought about never eating at McDonald's ever again. The service was horrible,y food was ice cold, and the drive thru took 20 mins for a couple of burgers and fries. When the food was handed to me the fries were hard and cold. I asked the lady joking if everyone was as lucky as me and for hard cold fries. She told me she just came on shift and had no idea why my Fry's we're cold. After a few more minutes she finally agreed to get me fresh fries but gave me lots of attitude so I did not even mention the burgers were cold too. Instead I parked and called the manager who told me she did not personally make my food so it's not her fault it's cold have a nice day and hung up on me...... Long story short . We had fries for lunch and gave the ice cold burgers to the dog. Please don't let this location steer you away from McDonald's for good.. instead steer clear of this location.

I've encountered so many issues and problems with this McDonald's over the years, it's just easier to go somewhere else.Shame too. Love the 50s theme and the easy in, easy out when heading Southeast but it stops there. Consistently unusually long drive thru wait times. Almost always out of something. Problems with order accuracy. And piss poor customer service. Enough to be a pattern of behavior worth avoiding.

Slow. Dirty. And it's McDonald's. It's gross. Their fries taste like chemicals and have for a while. I stopped going here. The only reason this is on my timeline is because I was riding with someone who wanted to eat there.

I ordered a quarter pounder hamburger at the drive thru. I expressly stated on four occasions a quarter pounder hamburger. When I got home and opened up my hamburger I found a cheeseburger instead. After telling the order taker Hamburger a number of times, I still got a QP Cheeseburger. I hate cheese. So McDonald's, what do you have to do to get a hamburger??

Burgers were dry and overcooked, fries were cold and wrong size.

A bad franchise management team is evident in each of the two local McD's. The same bad workers attitude and bad service in both.

Very good business. All employees seem to love Jesus. I am impressed by there efficiency through covid crisis.

Good food and cheap prices.

Of the fast food places that I have visited lately it is the one that has taken the most care with its clients and employees with the situation of the Covid-19

It's newly renovated which is good. I liked the fact that it's got all the new bells and whistles. 👌My sandwich was ok, but my guests requested that the burger be cooked well done, well that was not case.😞 The employees are very nice and cordial.🙄
